1.1 THE COMPANY is empowered, and has agreed to grant THE LICENSEE a non-exclusive, non-transferable unlimited license to use THE PRODUCT in accordance with the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT.
1.2 This AGREEMENT permits a group of unlimited number of users to use THE PRODUCT in only one company not include its branch company or organization (THE LICENSEE's company or organization) at one location at any time.
