Place Node Attributes
And there are more of attributes:
- Disable: Disable place node, enable it to block agents place from this node
- Clone Percent: How many percentages the agent will be place as clones Agent Clone
- Only Clone in Render: How many percentages the agent will be render as clones (place will be regular agents, only affect render result) Render Clone
- Place Type:
- Vortex: arrange based beehive
- Maya Mesh: arrange in the range of given polygon
- 3D Box: arrange by row and column and layer 3D Box Placement
- Custom: arrange by user
- PosLock: same as "custom" but only lock position, still offer proportion adjust and orient/orient random adjustment Placement PosLock Mode
- PosRotLock: same as "custom" but only lock position and rotation, still offer proportion adjustment (refer above PosLock attribute)
- Mesh Points: arrange by each vertex of polygon mesh
- Mesh Raw Shape: arrange by the shape area of the polygon mesh in 3D space (different from Maya Mesh placement)
- Relax Iter: Work with formation target, how many iteration times the placer check and make the target more even and smooth. (big number cause stutter) Formation Morph with Place Targets
- As Target: Switch this place node as logic target (work with above Relax Iter attribute)
- Aim Type:
- Disable: disable any aim
- Curve Node: aim to the transform node of the curve (curve as an object) Aim Placement
- Curve Shape: aim to the shape (closest point) of the curve
- Show Digi: show digital number in each placer Edit Proportion
- Num of Agent: Number of agent for current node
- Scale: placer size
- Noise: random x, z value of unit in space
- Angle: (only work for formation place) the rotate of entire place node
- Orient: unit rotation Y
- Orient Random: unit rotation Y random from 0 to 360
- Distance: distance between placer
- Column: column number for 3D-Box placement
- Height Layer: How many layer of 3D-Box placement
- Row Offset: spacing in row for 3D-Box placement
- Col Offset: spacing in column for 3D-Box placement
- Hi Offset: spacing in height for 3D-Box placement
- Row Noise: noise in row for 3D-Box placement
- Col Noise: noise in column for 3D-Box placement
- Hi Noise: noise in height for 3D-Box placement
- Vertical Random: obsoleted
- Follow Terrain: obsoleted
- Radius: obsoleted
- Bound Mode: when place agent, the agent will be displayed as a box and it can save the video card resource and accelerate viewport refresh rate
- Pt Radius Factor: place from particles and use the radius of particle
- Spliter: useless, it's a spliter
- Percent: only place some percentage of agents Placement Percentage
- Percent Seed: re-randomize percent distribution
- Proportion Seed: re-randomize propotion for all placers
