Width Controllable Path

Since Miarmy 4. We can adjust the center width of 3Dpath, This allows us easily simulate fishes or birds pass through some narrow aperture.

Just like the road, 3d path has two attributes can adjust the center width.

The attribute "Road width off" can narrow down the center width of path, and the attribute “road mid ratio” can adjust the narrow position/phase of path.
