Silent Install (Windows)

Sometimes we need to install silently for multiple machines, we can install it like this.

Install:

• Contact us and get the install package
• After unzip, find the Basefount root folder.
• Copy the Basefount folder to any computer and any local/network (network place preferred) locations, for example, M:\Dev\TestInstaller

Configurations:

• In Basefount folder, find the MiarmyForMaya, MiarmyPublic 2 text files (modules) and copy them to <Maya Place>/Autodesk/Maya20##/modules
• Change the content of MiarmyForMaya (in above step), to : 

+ Miarmy Any M:\Dev\TestInstaller\Basefount\Miarmy\maya

• Change the content of MiarmyPublic (in step 4), to:

(2017 and older versions)

+ MiarmyPublic Any M:\Dev\TestInstaller\Basefount\Miarmy
PATH +:= bin

(2018 and newer version)

+ MiarmyPublic Any M:\Dev\TestInstaller\Basefount\Miarmy
PATH +:= bin/Maya2018_bin
