Agent Cache with Uniform Scale

If we applied the agent scale feature (the "agentScale" channels) in logic and changed the scale of agents. We need to enable "Cache Agent Scale" feature in Miarmy Tools before creating cache. So that the agent scale data can be written into the agent cache file.
